Mr. Behrens I was referring to guys like Kip James,Rhino, Black Reign and Tomko ( even thou he had a little potential) as lower tier guys. I know the last 2 were released but it was still wasted time and money. Nash is another who is a waste of time and money. Angle, Christan, Booker and a returning Double J should be enough star/name power. To answer your question about why Harris over Shatter or Judas in my opinion the WWE looks at the image of a wrestler and if you look at FCW most of those guys are the same build as Shatter and Judas. In TNA these guys would stand out and really be able show they're stuff. Someone in TNA needs to get on ball and sign Shatter, Judas and Fields and even someone like Slim J would be a nice addition to the X Division. Thank you.

Rhino gets a strong responce on house shows and is a former World Champion for ECW & TNA. He may not be in the top 5 but he's a strong performer & personality that was not used well in WWE. Kip James is a solid vet who has not been in a strong push in a while so is not getting in any young talent's way. Tomko & Dustin were released as you note.
Kevin Nash is a star and has not been doing much wrestling really and no young talent could do his spot as the experienced older smart guy.
It is the younger talent at TNA that creates the problem for other younger talent coming in, not really the older guys or ex-WWE guys.
Again please note all current champions were never with WWE and all are young talent.
